Welcome to Mogul Circle. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mogul Circle mobile application (the “App”), a networking community for women entrepreneurs owned and operated by Mogul Chix® (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mogul Circle. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Mogul Circle is a professional community built on respect. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree that you will not:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, or abuse any other member;
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Post spam, scams, or misleading commercial solicitations;
  • Share another person’s private information without permission;
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Members who violate this policy may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant Mogul Chix® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App so the community can see it. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

The App provides tools to report objectionable content and to block other members. We review reports and may remove content or remove members who violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of becoming aware of a violation. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor or moderate content.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content posted by members is accurate or reliable. Connections, opportunities, and information shared through the App are between members; we are not responsible for the conduct of any member or the outcome of any interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mogul Chix® and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada/United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
