Mogul Chix®(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Mogul Circle mobile application (the “App”), a networking community for women entrepreneurs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Profile information. Information you choose to add to your profile, such as your name, headline, and skills.
Content you create. Posts, boards, and other content you share within the App.
Safety information. When you report content or block another member, we record that action so we can keep the community safe.
We do not collect precise location data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Display your profile and content to other members so the community can connect;
- Operate features such as boards, posts, search, reporting, and blocking;
- Maintain the safety and integrity of the community;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the App.
How Your Information Is Shared
With other members. Mogul Circle is a networking community, so your profile and the content you post are visible to other signed-in members. Please share only what you are comfortable making visible to the community.
With service providers. We use Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for authentication and cloud data storage. Your information is stored on their secure servers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members or the public.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (More → Account → Delete Account), which removes your profile and account information. You may also contact us at info@mogulchix.com to request deletion.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including secure authentication and database access rules, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children’s Privacy
Mogul Circle is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@mogulchix.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and significant changes will be communicated within the App.
