The Ultimate Community & Membership for High Growth, High Earning Female Founders
The Problem We Face
What got you to $1 million won’t get you to $5 million, $10 million and definitely not $50 million. As you make more money, it takes a whole new level of teamwork, systems and mindset to keep the momentum going and consistently exceed your goals. And the higher you rise, the less you start to see people who look like you.
According to the business and investing worlds, Female Founded companies making more than $1 million in annual revenue are growing. And companies founded by Women of Color making more than $1 million in annual revenue are the EXCEPTION, not the norm (according to “them”). When we do reach that million dollar mark, the pool of resources and continued learning opportunities becomes smaller because we often don’t know where to look.
Contrary to what the world tells us, we are not rare unicorns. We just don’t get the focus, spotlight or access that our counterparts enjoy. We are here, ready to do business, and ready to make our mark.
With all of the pledges & declarations to fund our companies and provide resources to help us grow and excel, there’s still not much out there that helps with building the infrastructure or unsexy parts of our companies that would allow exponential growth. Most of the resources and training out there focus on marketing and branding.
But who helps with building an effective team? Who helps with getting products on major shelves? Who helps with customer retention? Who helps with human resources, streamlining tech, improving employee and customer communications, getting on shelves, deal flow, manufacturing, international expansion, etc.?
And not to mention, the level of mindset is so different. Once we’ve hit our first million, we often find ourselves alone, on an island of our own, and feeling like we don’t “fit” anywhere. And we’re left searching for our “tribes”. In business, you have to do what you have to do to thrive. But having people in your corner who understand what you’re growing through and how you’re changing and elevating could be life changing. It was for me.
While we don’t want to leave our comfort zones and the people who’ve been with us on our journey behind, we see the urgent need to move into other circles to achieve our growth goals. And that’s why Mogul Chix exists. To break up inequity and provide a pathway to keep our companies excelling, growing and thriving well beyond startup.
Join a group of AMAZING moguls who took the risks...and succeeded
I’m Adrienne Graham, Business Growth Strategist, serial entrepreneur, investor, and CEO & Founder of Mogul Chix. My mission is to build confidence, leadership & PROFITABILITY in Black & Brown Female Founders. I have been building and running profitable companies since 1994 when I opened my very first company (a recruiting company). I’ve served as a mentor in a few startup accelerators, written for Forbes, been a speaker for the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference, and graced many conference panels. I’m a published author of 5 books, a radio show/podcast host, and hosted my own web tv show.
I created Mogul Chix to help Black & Brown Female Founders navigate this quirky volatile world of business. When developing The Circle, I wanted to create something that would serve as a safe haven where Black & Brown Female Founders could come to discuss and learn about business, wealth and well-being on a higher level. Everyone who has a business isn’t necessarily a CEO. It takes a lot to be a CEO, but it takes a whole other level of consciousness to be an effective CEO.
We deal with our own inner conflicts as well as personal (family and social) obligations in addition to building companies, creating jobs and building wealth. As you move up to new levels, the circle around you gets smaller and smaller (partly by choice and partly through self-elimination). It takes a toll on your mind and spirit. I know what it’s like to have to leave some folks behind. Each time I look up after a period of growth, I don’t see the same faces that were once there. It becomes lonely the higher you rise.
In The Circle, I am solely focused on delivering powerful & measurable results; providing direct strategies to achieve next level success; open your eyes, ears, minds and hearts to new ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable. I’m building MOGULS who build 7, 8 and 9+ figure COMPANIES. And I want to make sure that all of the ladies that come into The Circle gain confidence and support from their peers that serves the whole CEO…mind, body, spirit, pockets and balance sheet!
If you are unclear about your next level steps, stalled in a comfort zone, or just ready to step into the fast lane in building a legacy and generational wealth, you are in the right place.
The Mogul Circle has a robust offering for members, and is available for an exclusive circle of women who meet the membership criteria.

Here's What We Want To Do For YOU
While women as a whole have been making strides in the business and venture capital worlds, there is still work to be done to level that playing field and availability to access. The companies owned by us that are successfully funded and scaled should serve as a blueprint not a deterrent based on the notion that “we don’t exist” in these spaces. Ours are on par with our counterparts’ companies, and we’re coming for our marketshare.
This community is more than just networking. It’s about helping Black & Brown Female Founders grow and scale COMPANIES. It’s about helping with deal flow. It’s about making the RIGHT CONNECTIONS. It’s about educating and empowering. It’s about opening doors that were previously slightly cracked or closed to us completely. It’s about getting the 6 & 7 figure contract, getting prime shelf space and closing major, life changing deals. It’s about reshaping the way you do business.
We will PREPARE & EDUCATE you so when you do make the right connections and are presented with opportunities, you will be equipped and ready to close those deals.
In short, Women of the Mogul Circle don’t want a seat at the table, WE WANT TO OWN THE BLOCK, THE INDUSTRIES AND THE WEALTH. And we’re not asking for permission.
ABOUT MOGUL CHIX
Mogul Chix is a global community and platform that works with Black & Brown Female Founders to strengthen & scale their companies, get them investment ready, and put them on the radar of the investment community.
Mogul Chix provides business growth advisory services, structured business education, mentoring, discounts on B2B services and resources, and strategic networking opportunities. We take a Founders First approach, and connect the dots for Black & Brown Female Founders to build strong companies, and bridge the gap between them and investors.
Why Black & Brown Female Founders?
Because the higher up we go, the bigger the company, the more revenue generated, faces that look like ours disappear. Some inroads are being made to fund our businesses and more people in the VC and angel world are starting to look like us, we still are at a deficit when it comes to resources and guidance. Mogul Chix serves to close that gap.
The Mogul Chix mission is simple. We are preparing black & brown female founded companies to grow, scale, and become investment ready. We help companies focus on growth & scalability, reaching (and maintaining) long-term profitability, team building, expansion & management, perfecting customer acquisition, relations & retention, sustainable revenue generation, perfecting systems & processes, and funding strategies to open more opportunities to ensure their companies are investment ready and positioned in front of the right investors.
Mogul Chix by definition are high achieving women who are beyond startup but haven’t yet achieved scalable growth. And they need help in achieving it.
Women who identify with Mogul Chix don’t want a seat at the table. They want the table, the building and the block. They’re looking to build seven and eight figure companies, create jobs, make an impact in their industry and build on lasting wealth.
They currently have a business, but want to accelerate to running a COMPANY that allows them freedom to focus on what’s important to them, while having a competent team to manage the day to day. Their business may have survived until now but they know in order to get to new levels, they have to make sure it’s strong enough to survive growth
They aren’t just looking for advice. They are looking for proven methods, strategies, resources and guidance to fill in the gaps. They have been in business at least 3 years, want to learn how to build a real company (think Spanx, OWN, Johnson & Johnson), has received little to no funding, want to get into new markets (possibly global), have limited connections, and most important, read to take action. Social media posts, groups, podcasts, books, coaching programs, and DIY courses no longer fulfill her or advance her agenda.
We would love to bring everyone into the Circle. But as you know, every level isn’t meant for everybody. We are careful in our vetting process to ensure we only allow founders who 1) will be able to thrive in this community, 2) are committed to advancement improvement and success, 3) meet the minimum requirements for membership and 4) put in the work to elevate their business minds, acumen and operations. We invite you to submit your application for review. We ask a few questions that give us a bird’s eye view of your current business goals and operations.
If selected to continue with the process, we will schedule a one on one Discovery Call. After the call, a decision will be made within a week to approve or deny your application. If approved, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to submit your payment information. Once confirmed, you will receive your enrollment kit and instructions on logging in and enjoying your membership benefits.
